We believe the Bible is God’s Word, Jesus is the Son of God, and salvation is found through faith in Him alone. Our desire is to know Christ, grow in His Word, and make Him known in our community and beyond.

As a Calvary Chapel, we are committed to:

• Depending on the power of the Holy Spirit

• Worshiping Jesus sincerely and simply

• Making disciples who follow Christ

• Sharing the hope of the Gospel with others

We are not interested in religious performance or empty tradition. We believe God changes lives through His Word, His Spirit, and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This conviction shapes everything we do as a church.

What Makes Calvary Chapel Distinct?


Calvary Chapel has often been described as a balance between a strong commitment to God’s Word and a dependence upon the Holy Spirit (John 14:26; John 16:13; 2 Timothy 3:16–17).


We believe every verse of Scripture matters, which is why we typically teach through books of the Bible chapter by chapter and verse by verse (Nehemiah 8:8; Acts 20:27; 2 Timothy 4:2).

 At the same time, we believe the Holy Spirit is actively working in and through believers today (Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11; Galatians 5:22–25).

• The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live for Christ.

• Jesus Christ will return for His Church at any time, and believers will be caught up to meet Him in the air.
